VoxSail provides AI-assisted creation and localization services, including audio and video translation, subtitle transcription, text voiceover, voice cloning, lip sync, subtitle editing, project management, and file downloads.
Specific features, quotas, concurrency, upload size, delivery formats, and processing time may vary by plan, credit balance, provider capability, file quality, and system load.
You should register and use accounts with truthful, accurate, and lawful information, and keep login credentials secure. Uploads, processing, purchases, and downloads made through your account are considered actions by you or authorized users.
If you use the service for an organization, team, or client, you must have the authority to do so and to accept these terms.
You retain lawful rights to videos, audio, text, subtitles, images, voice samples, glossaries, and project outputs you upload or create.
You represent that your uploaded, processed, cloned, translated, dubbed, and exported content does not infringe any third-party copyright, likeness, voice, reputation, privacy, trade secret, or other lawful rights.
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, impersonation, unauthorized voice cloning, or misleading public content.
To provide the service, you authorize VoxSail to store, transcode, transcribe, translate, synthesize speech, clone voice, lip-sync, render subtitles, check quality, and generate deliverables within the necessary scope.
This authorization is only for providing, maintaining, troubleshooting, securing, and improving the service, and does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content or final work.
AI output may contain recognition, translation, voice, duration, lip-sync, or subtitle timing errors. Review and confirm results before publication or commercial use.
Before using voice cloning or similar-voice generation, you must have explicit authorization from the voice subject or lawful rights holder.
Without authorization, do not upload another person's voice sample, generate a similar voice, impersonate others, or use generated content for deception, fraud, rumors, infringement, harassment, or similar scenarios.
If we find or receive credible complaints about infringement, impersonation, illegality, or safety risk, we may restrict processing, pause projects, delete related assets, or take necessary account actions.
VoxSail may provide services through free quotas, subscriptions, credit packs, and enterprise custom plans. Prices, credit usage, limits, validity, and refund rules are governed by page displays, order snapshots, and actual agreements.
Subscriptions mainly provide plan benefits and periodic capacity, while credit packs add balance. Features consume credits based on duration, characters, processing type, voice type, and provider costs.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated on the page, completed processing, consumed credits, and generated deliverables are generally not refundable without cause.
After a project finishes, the system generates downloadable subtitles, audio, video, documents, compressed files, or other deliverables depending on features and settings.
The platform sets retention periods for uploaded files and generated results. After expiration, files may be cleaned and become unavailable for download, editing, or export.
Download and back up important results within the valid period. We will assist reasonably if results become unavailable due to user delay, account issues, plan expiration, file expiration, or force majeure, but we do not promise permanent storage.
You may not bypass billing, quotas, permissions, risk controls, or security limits, attack, scan, stress test, scrape, or interfere with platform systems, or mass-register accounts or abuse free quotas.
You may not use the service for illegal content, deepfake fraud, unauthorized commercial endorsement, infringement of minors' rights, regulatory evasion, malware generation, or other unlawful or improper uses.
We may optimize the product and adjust features, models, quotas, prices, delivery formats, or service entry points due to provider capability, cost, safety, compliance, or operational needs.
To the extent permitted by law, VoxSail is not liable for indirect losses, expected profit losses, or business interruption caused by third-party service failure, network issues, user content quality, user error, force majeure, or external platform limits.
