Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

To provide accounts, project processing, billing, downloads, support, and security, we may process your email, phone number, nickname, login state, order information, credit records, plan benefits, device and browser information, operation logs, and error logs.

When you use audio or video translation, subtitle transcription, text voiceover, voice cloning, lip sync, or related features, we process the media, subtitles, text, glossaries, voice samples, project settings, and generated results you provide.

2. Uploaded content and AI processing

Uploaded content is used to complete tasks you start, including storage, format checks, frame extraction, transcoding, audio extraction, speech recognition, translation, text cleanup, speech synthesis, voice cloning, lip sync, subtitle rendering, and delivery generation.

You keep ownership of your uploaded content. VoxSail processes it to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, protect security, and improve product experience.

To complete processing, necessary text, audio, video clips, or task parameters may be sent to third-party AI providers, cloud storage, CDN, payment, SMS, or email providers. We limit transfers to what each feature requires.

3. Voice samples and voice cloning

Voice samples, cloned voice assets, and generated audio may contain personal voice characteristics. We process them only when you upload, select, or start related features.

You can delete voice assets you no longer need. Deleted assets are removed from available lists, and backup, log, or cache remnants are cleaned within a reasonable period.

Do not upload another person's voice sample without authorization. If we receive a rights complaint, regulatory request, or detect abuse risk, we may restrict the related voice asset or project.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and log in to accounts, show project lists, calculate credits and fees, submit and recover tasks, generate results, provide download links, send notices, respond to support requests, troubleshoot, secure systems, and prevent abuse.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to analyze stability, service cost, model quality, and product experience, but not to identify you personally.

5. Third-party services

Some VoxSail capabilities depend on third-party services, including cloud storage, object storage, CDN, speech recognition, machine translation, speech synthesis, voice cloning, lip sync, payment, SMS, email, and logging services.

We send only information necessary for the features you use. Third-party providers process that information under their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing agreements.

6. Retention and deletion

Source files, temporary files, delivery files, and preview files have retention periods based on plan, file type, project status, and cleanup policy. Expired files may be removed automatically and become unavailable for download or editing.

You may delete projects, delete voice clones, clean expired files, or request account deletion. Information that must be retained by law is restricted during the retention period and deleted or anonymized afterward.

7. Information security

We use access control, permission checks, signed object-storage links, audit logs, rate limits, task isolation, and necessary monitoring to protect information.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account and codes safe, and avoid uploading sensitive, unauthorized, or high-risk materials from shared or untrusted environments.

8. Your rights

You can access and edit account information, view orders and credit records, delete project files and voice assets, and download generated deliverables.

For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, account cancellation, or questions about uploaded content, voice samples, or third-party processing, contact us through documentation, in-app feedback, or official support channels.

9. Protection of minors

The service is primarily intended for individuals with full civil capacity, creator teams, and enterprise users. Minors should read this policy with a guardian and obtain guardian consent before using the service.

Do not upload content involving minors' privacy, likeness, voice, or other sensitive rights unless you have sufficient, lawful, and explicit authorization.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as features, laws, third-party services, or operations change. The updated date is shown on this page, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.

If you do not agree to an updated policy, you may stop using the relevant services and handle your account and data according to page or support instructions.
