Welcome to VoxSail. VoxSail is owned and operated by Hefei Qiangshi Information Technology Co., Ltd. VoxSail provides internet-based audio-video localization and content recreation services under the VoxSail Terms of Service and operating rules published from time to time. Please read this notice carefully. Minors should read it with a guardian. Your upload, input, submission, editing, dubbing, cloning, export, download, or other use of the service will be deemed acceptance of this notice and the VoxSail Terms of Service.
1. Content Rights Warranty
When you use VoxSail features including audio-video translation, subtitle transcription, text voiceover, voice cloning, lip sync, editor, export, and downloads, uploaded content may include text, documents, subtitles, images, audio, video, links, voice samples, glossaries, project settings, and related materials.
You warrant that you own complete and lawful rights to the uploaded content, or have obtained all necessary authorizations from copyright owners, performers, recording or video producers, trademark owners, likeness owners, voice right holders, lip or facial information right holders, privacy right holders, and other third-party right holders, so the uploaded content does not infringe any lawful third-party rights.
Uploaded content must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, public order and good customs, the VoxSail Terms of Service, the VoxSail Privacy Policy, and related rules. It must not contain illegal, criminal, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, terrorist, hateful, discriminatory, or minor-harming content, or violate national information security and network management requirements.
If uploaded content involves third parties, such as another person's likeness, name, voice, lip or facial information, company name, trademark, or work, you must ensure that you have obtained their explicit authorization or consent and provide supporting documents when necessary.
If uploaded content infringes third-party rights and causes VoxSail or its affiliates to receive complaints, reports, claims, or legal disputes, you are responsible for corresponding legal liabilities, including stopping infringement, apologizing, compensating losses and enforcement costs, and keeping VoxSail and its affiliates harmless.
2. Voice Cloning and Original Voice Authorization
If you use voice cloning, original voice restoration, or related voice processing features, you must ensure that you are the lawful right holder of the voice to be processed, including the voice subject or a legally authorized representative.
If the voice to be processed involves a minor, you must ensure that you have obtained valid consent from the minor's guardian and provide guardian identity and authorization documents when necessary. If uploaded content also includes likeness, lip, or facial information, you must obtain the corresponding authorization for those rights as well.
You authorize us, our affiliates, and partners to use the voice materials you provide within the scope of VoxSail services to provide voice feature extraction, voiceprint modeling, voice storage, speech synthesis, dubbing generation, lip sync, audio-video composition, subtitle generation and translation, background audio processing, and related services.
This authorization is limited to providing, maintaining, troubleshooting, securing, auditing, optimizing, and processing features you actively initiate. It does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content or final works to VoxSail.
If a voice rights defect causes an infringement dispute, you are independently responsible for the corresponding legal liabilities and for losses suffered by VoxSail or third parties. You understand that VoxSail provides neutral technical tools, and you are responsible for ensuring that voice sources are lawful and compliant.
3. AI-Generated Content Notice
Subtitle transcription, translation, dubbing, voice cloning, lip sync, audio-video composition, and related VoxSail features may be completed by algorithms, AI models, or automated systems. Due to technology limits, source quality, language differences, and other factors, outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete content.
Outputs are for your reference, editing, and confirmation only, and do not constitute professional advice or factual guarantees. Before publishing, distributing, or commercially using outputs, you should review their accuracy, legality, completeness, and copyright status, and make corrections when needed.
If laws, regulations, or publishing channels require AI-generated or synthetic content to be labeled, you should label it conspicuously as required. VoxSail may provide labeling capabilities or reminders where needed, but they do not replace your publication compliance responsibilities.
4. Other Terms
This notice supplements the VoxSail Terms of Service and VoxSail Privacy Policy and has the same legal effect. If this notice conflicts with other agreement terms, this notice prevails.
We may revise this notice due to changes in laws, regulations, or business operations, and notify you through product announcements, pop-ups, or page reminders. Your continued use of the product means you accept the revised rules.
