Voxsail requires login before you can create projects, upload formal files, view projects, open the editor, export and download, view credit details, and manage account benefits.
Sign-up methods
Currently supported sign-up methods:
Email sign-up is completed with a verification code, not through an email confirmation link.
- Mainland China users: Sign up with a phone number.
- Overseas users: Sign up with an email verification code.
- Third-party login: WeChat and Google accounts.
Login methods
Registered users can log in with:
- Phone number or email + password.
- Phone number or email + verification code.
- WeChat or Google account.
Verification codes
When using a verification code to sign up, log in, or reset your password, first confirm that the phone number or email address is correct.
If you do not receive the code, check:
If the verification code expires, request a new one.
- Whether the phone number or email address is entered correctly.
- Whether the email code is in spam or promotions folders.
- Whether too many codes were requested in a short period.
Forgot password
If you forget your password, choose password recovery on the login page. The system verifies your identity by phone or email verification code. After verification, you can reset the password.
Staying signed in
After login, refreshing the page usually keeps you signed in. If the login session expires, the system will guide you to log in again.
When using Voxsail on a public device, log out after use to prevent others from accessing your projects, files, and credit information.
Log out
You can log out from the account menu. After logout, you cannot access pages that require account permission, such as My Projects, the editor, export and download, credit details, and account benefits.
Login issues
If login fails, follow the page prompt to check whether the account, password, or verification code is correct.
If login fails repeatedly or the account cannot be accessed temporarily, try again later or contact Voxsail support.
When contacting support, provide verifiable account information such as phone number, email address, WeChat login status, or an account page screenshot. Do not send verification codes, login QR codes, payment vouchers, or sensitive materials in public channels.
