Material requirements
Video and audio materials are supported:
Audio duration must be 10 to 80 seconds, and file size must not exceed 30 MB.
Use a single-speaker, clear, natural voice sample when possible. Avoid obvious background music, noise, overlapping speakers, heavy reverb, compression distortion, or unstable volume.
- Video: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV.
- Audio: mp3, wav, flac, m4a.
Quantity and credits
Voice cloning does not deduct credits. Each user has a base limit of 10 cloned voices. Different subscription plans may provide different limits.
Deletion rules
You can delete your own cloned voices. Deletion is irreversible, and the system requires a second confirmation.
If an unexpired project is using a cloned voice, the system prevents deletion and shows that the voice is used by a related project. After the project expires, the cloned voice can be deleted while retaining historical project records.
Compliance reminder
When creating a cloned voice, do not upload voice materials with copyright disputes or without authorization. The page includes a copyright risk reminder.
