Usage and Storage Quota

You can view your current subscription, credit balance, credit details, and storage quota status in your account.

Viewable information

Currently supported information includes:

• Current subscription plan status.
• Current credit balance.
• Credit details.
• Storage quota, used storage, and quota usage status.

Credit details

Credit details show:

Credit details can be filtered by All, Earned, Spent, and Expired.

• Balances of purchased credits, plan credits, and bonus credits.
• Validity periods for bonus credits and plan credits.
• Credit record name, type, credit change, and operation time.

Storage quota

Storage quota is a subscription plan benefit and is not the same as credit balance. Buying credits does not increase storage quota by default.

Storage usage is shown as project size and can be viewed on the My Projects page.

If an uploaded file exceeds the storage quota, the file cannot be uploaded. You can clear expired projects, delete unnecessary projects, or upgrade the plan and try again.
