Project Validity
Voxsail generates a fixed expiration time for project files based on the subscription benefits at the time of project submission.
Standard retention rules
For free users, files expire 7 days after project submission. Subscribers receive a unified 14-day retention period. The period is determined by subscription status at submission and then fixed.
After the expiration time is generated, subscription expiration, renewal, or resubscription does not change it. A subscription that has already expired at submission receives the free 7-day period.
If you cancel auto-renewal but the current subscription cycle has not ended, you still keep the file retention benefits for the current cycle.
Complete editing, export, and download before files expire.
Grace period after refund
After a successful refund, you are no longer a subscription member and enter a 7-day grace period starting from the refund success time. When the refund grace period starts, the system notifies you in-app about the file expiration time change.
Expired projects
After files expire, the project can still be displayed in the project list as an expired project. Expired projects:
- Do not use storage space.
- Cannot be edited, exported, or downloaded.
- Can only be deleted or cleared in one action.
