Project Status and Retry
After a project is submitted, it enters the processing flow. The page shows the overall project status.
Status descriptions
- Processing: The project is queued or being processed by the system.
- Completed: Processing is complete, and you can open the editor or export.
- Error: Processing failed, and the system shows an understandable failure reason.
- Expired: Project files have expired and can no longer be edited, exported, or downloaded.
What Processing can include
Processing can include post-upload processing, transcoding, vocal separation, speech recognition, subtitle translation, dubbing synthesis, final video export, or queue waiting.
Processing time can be affected by file duration, number of target languages, whether dubbing is enabled, whether final video export is needed, and current queue status. Refreshing the page does not interrupt a submitted task. The project status is read from the system again.
Failure handling
If any step fails, the project enters the Error status and later processing steps stop.
If the page shows a clear failure reason, follow the prompt to adjust the material or configuration before retrying.
Manual retry
Failed projects support manual retry. Manual retry does not deduct credits again.
If the same project fails multiple times, contact Voxsail support and provide the project name, creation time, material duration, target language, and page error prompt.
Temporarily unavailable project actions
Unsupported actions:
- Manually cancel a project that is queued or processing.
- Pause a project.
